弊社が手掛ける四国中央テントは、愛媛県四国中央市に拠点し、紙幣や切手、収入印紙以外の紙なら何でも作れると称される日本一の紙のまちで大型トラックシ－トの製作を代々担ってきました。

過酷な環境を想定して設計された高機能素材を、職人の手で洗練されたバックへと生まれ変わらせました。



■素材の秘密----エステル帆布
テント生地はエステル帆布と呼ばれる産業用の高機能素材で、生機を塩化ビニル樹脂に丸ごと浸し、ディップ加工により繊維の奥まで樹脂が行きわたることにより、糸の隙間すら水を通さない完全膜が形成。
また、圧倒的な割裂強度とUV耐性を兼ねそろえております。


■一級技能士が仕立てる、信頼の品質
鞄を手掛けるのは、大型シ－トなどの高度な技能を認定する帆布製品製造技能士一級を取得した職人が、一点一点手仕事で丁寧に仕上げております。



■発送期間につきまして

《即納商品の場合》
入金確認後2週間前後で商品を発送致します。

《予約商品の場合》
購入通知後1から制作から始めますので
少々お時間がかかりますがご了承下さい。
発送目安は3週間前後になります。
製作完了次第発送準備致します。

■生地の取り扱い注意点

生地は全て国産の生地を取り扱っております。
生地により、強い臭いがある場合がございます。
こちらは薬品、香料の臭いではなく、生地特有の臭いになります。

生地のカラ－に関しましては、極力現物に近いカラ－にはなりますが、
見え方が多少差が生じている場合がございます。

Shikokuchuo Tent, based in Shikokuchuo City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan, has been crafting large truck sheets for generations. Shikokuchuo City is known as Japan’s “City of Paper,” where almost every kind of paper imaginable is produced, with the exception of banknotes, postage stamps, and revenue stamps.
We give high-performance materials originally designed to withstand demanding environments a new life as refined, sophisticated bags — carefully crafted by skilled artisans.


■ The Secret Behind the Material — Ester Canvas

The tent fabric is an industrial high-performance material known as Ester Canvas.

Through a dipping process, the base fabric is fully immersed in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, allowing the resin to penetrate deep into the fibers. This creates a seamless, highly water-resistant membrane that prevents water from passing even through the tiny gaps between the yarns.

Ester Canvas also offers exceptional tear strength and outstanding resistance to UV exposure, making it highly durable even under demanding conditions.

Each bag is carefully handcrafted by a skilled artisan who holds the highest-level certification in Canvas Products Manufacturing (Grade 1), a national trade skill qualification recognizing advanced expertise in manufacturing products such as large industrial sheets and covers.

Every piece is meticulously finished by hand, combining the performance of the material with the precision and craftsmanship of Japanese artisans.


■ Fabric Care & Handling Notes

All of our fabrics are sourced and manufactured in Japan.

Depending on the fabric, there may be a noticeable or distinctive odor. This is not caused by chemicals or fragrances, but is an inherent characteristic of the fabric itself.

Regarding fabric colors, we make every effort to reproduce them as accurately as possible. However, the actual color may vary slightly depending on the display, lighting, or viewing environment.
